How to do a proper Burpee (FAT LOSS/CONDITIONING)

The Burpee… just the name itself is terrible. If your goal is to get your heart rate up for a great conditioning workout, you may want to get better acquainted with this ogre.

Try this workout

Each round consists of:

30 (s) Burpee

30 (s) Rest

Repeat 10 time

NOTE: Record how many you can get in 30 (s) and try to to beat the number or compete with a friend.
