Post Workout 101: Thursday September 8th 2011 (NUTRITION)

Right after workout:

1 scoop whey protein isolate (30 grams of protein)

60 grams brown sugar (any sugar will do I just prefer brown sugar.Dextrose sugar is the most common choice for post-workout sugar and can be bought from BulkBarn for dirt cheap)

5 grams glutamine *optional

One hour later: Solid food Meal

Sausage Stir Fry (recipes will be uploaded soon)

Fruit Salad: ½ cup raspberries, ½ cup blueberries and 1 banana

1 cup Green Tea
