NUTRITION 101: What are you going to eat?

This post isn’t only for those looking to lose weight, it’s for anyone looking to eat healthier and save money doing so.  First and foremost you must ask yourself one simple question… what are you going to eat? If you were to ask most people what they are going to be eating tomorrow for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner they would probably think you were joking….

CASE STUDY:

Using myself as an example, I aim to eat 6 x per day which equals out to be 42 meals per week. That’s a lot of meals if you’re not prepared; here is how I choose to break it down.

NOTE: I eat A LOT… and I use a meal replacement shake for convenience sake (a scoop of protein, some nuts and fruit also work)……There are many options here and I will go over that in a different post.

Meal 1:  Solid Food Meal                                                8:00 AM

Meal 2:  Meal Replacement Shake                              10:30 AM

Meal 3:  Solid Food Meal                                               1:00  PM

Meal 4:  Meal Replacement Shake                             3:00 PM

Meal 5:  Solid Food Meal                                                6:00 PM

Meal 6:  Meal Replacement Shake                              8:30 PM

Seems simple enough right? Well there are a few more steps….
