This is the last day with the Squat family and I wanted to finish off with a quick little trick I recently learned called “The Medicine Ball Method”.
- THE PROBLEM
When doing Squats it is important to get a full range of motion, this gets tough towards the end of a grueling set, even the best of us get tempted to cheat and rep out a few half-assed squats (literally)
- THE FIX
To be sure you are accomplishing a full squat… place a medicine ball or similar object on the floor and lightly touch it on the way down.
