90 DAY CHALLENGE: GREAT UNCLE DEADLIFT: (SUITCASE DEADLIFT- WK 2, DAY 2))

 Today I want to cover a great variation called the Suitcase Deadlift. It is performed exactly as the name implies…. like picking up a suitcase. It provides a tremendous core workout because it is an “anti-rotational move” in a nutshell that means the weight is trying to pull you in one direction, and you must use your core to maintain a strong position (mid-line stabilization)
