90 DAY CHALLENGE: GREAT UNCLE DEADLIFT (FAT LOSS/CONDITIONING WK 2,DAY 3)

Today we will be looking at using the Deadlift as a conditioning tool; more specifically we will go over an exercise called the Sprawl Deadlift. This exercise is especially beneficial to certain athletes (Wrestlers, MMA fighters etc) as it serves to be a conditioning tool and a sports specific movement.  I first learned about this move from the great strength and conditioning Coach Martin Rooney.

NOTE: This is an advanced movement… make sure your efficient at the Deadlift itself before trying this

The movement combines two separate exercises chained together

  1. Sprawl
  2. Deadlift
