Here we are… the final exercise… I have not been doing these in any particular order however… I will say that Squats are  TRULY # 1 for developing a nicer ass.

TRY THIS WORKOUT!!!! (TABATA SQUATS)

  • 20 seconds Squat
  • 10 seconds Rest
Repeat for 8 rounds total
