EXPERIMENTAL INSANITY: POWER ENDURANCE COMPLEX (A)

NOTE: IF YOU CANNOT DO THE PRESCRIBED WEIGHT THEN GO LOWER… THIS IS THE BENCHMARK WORKOUT 

EXERCISES:

Back Squat @ 135 LB (45 lb plate each side)

Man Makers @ 40 Pound Dumbbell

90 REPS TOTAL/ 45 REPS EACH EXERCISE

WORKOUT:

  • 21 Squat + 21 Man Makers + 15 Squats + 15 Man Makers + 9 Squats + 9 Man Makers

*Start the stop watch on first set…… Upon completion check your time and write it down.

  • WRITE IT DOWN!!!!!!! GO TO THE GYM PREPARED WITH A STOPWATCH, PAPER AND PEN
