  • Whey Protein Concentrate is cheaper and still quite effective for post-workout nutrition 
  • Whey Protein Isolate is more expensive yet affordable and very effective for post-workout nutrition 
  • Many companies will do a blend of both Concentrate and Isolate which is also a good affordable option
