CROSSFIT “LINDA”: A TRUE TEST OF STRENGTH… I PARTICULARLY LIKE THIS WORKOUT BECAUSE THE NUMBERS ARE BASED ON YOUR OWN BODY WEIGHT. IF YOU DON’T UNDERSTAND HOW TO DO A LIFT CHECK OUT THE EXERCISE ESSENTIAL SECTION

DON’T FORGET TO WRITE DOWN HOW LONG IT TAKES YOU!!!

REPS: 55 TOTAL REPS/EXERCISE  (10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1)

  • 1.5 X BODYWEIGHT——–  DEADLIFT

  • 1 X BODYWEIGHT  ———- BENCH-PRESS 

  • .75 X BODYWEIGHT———– POWER CLEAN


EXAMPLE:

I AM 160 POUNDS.

160 X 1.5 ———  240 LB DEADLIFT

160 X 1————-160 LB BENCH PRESS 

160 X .75———–120 LB POWER CLEAN 

  • 240 LB DEADLIFT X 10 REPS + 160 LB BENCH PRESS X 10 REPS + 120 LB POWER CLEAN X 10 REPS….. ETC
