I TRIED THE “LINDA” WORKOUT FOR THE FIRST TIME TODAY, I WENT LIGHTER THEN THE PRESCRIBED WEIGHT AND IT WAS STILL VERY TOUGH.

DEADLIFT ———–185 LB 

BENCH PRESS——- 135 LB

POWER CLEAN——-95 LB

TOTAL TIME: 22 MINUTES
