  • CONSIDERING THAT THIS WORKOUT CAN BE DONE IN EVEN THE SMALLEST OF SPACES, IT RANKS PRETTY HIGH AMONG “TOUGH WORKOUTS YOU CAN DO ANYWHERE”
  • VERY TOUGH TEST OF WILLPOWER:  COUNTING DOWN FROM 20 MAKES THE WORKOUT VERY HARD RIGHT FROM THE START…I FOUND MYSELF MAKING EXCUSES FOR REASONS WHY I SHOULD QUIT BY AROUND 5-7 MINUTES INTO IT.
  • IF YOU CAN FIGHT OFF THE VOICE IN YOUR HEAD AND MAKE IT THROUGH ALL 210 BURPEES YOU WILL INDEED FEEL THE ENDORPHIN’S RUNNING THROUGH YOUR BLOOD .
  • THIS IS NOT A WORKOUT I WOULD DO ON A WEEKLY BASIS BUT DEFINITELY ONE I WOULD INCLUDE AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH IN AN ATTEMPT TO BEAT MY PREVIOUS TIME
  • THE WORKOUT TOOK ME 20 MINUTES AND 24 SECONDS TO COMPLETE
