WOD MMA SERIES————- THE INTRODUCTION

I AM NOT THE MOST TECHNICAL, I AM NOT THE BIGGEST OR STRONGEST BUT I HAVE THE ABILITY TO PUSH MYSELF PAST THE LIMITS EVERY SINGLE WORKOUT.

THE GOAL WILL BE TO DESIGN WORKOUTS TO ENHANCE MY ABILITIES FOR AN AMATEUR MMA FIGHT IN MARCH 2012

  • 3 X 2 MINUTE ROUNDS            *1 MINUTE REST IN  BETWEEN ROUNDS

WOD MMA SERIES WORKOUTS WILL WORK OFF THE FOLLOWING PRINCIPLES

  • WORKOUTS THAT CAN BE DONE WITH MINIMAL EQUIPMENT
  • MIMIC REAL FIGHT SCENARIO
  • EACH WORKOUT SHOULD GIVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO ENHANCE MENTAL TOUGHNESS
  • EACH WORKOUT SHOULD INCORPORATE A COMPONENT FOR TECHNIQUE/POWER/SPEED AND MOBILITY
