THE WORKOUT:

“MAGIC 50” WARRIOR CHALLENGE:

  • ………..5  REPS DUMBBELL SNATCH (EACH ARM)
  • ………..5  REPS DUMBBELL SWINGS (EACH ARM)
  • ………..10 X BURPEE SQUAT JUMPS

  • REST MAX—> 1 MIN
  • REPEAT 5 ROUNDS

………………………..REST 5 MIN……………………………….

FINISHER:

FARMERS WALK—–> SET A PATH AND WALK IT,….. HOLDING HEAVY DUMBBELLS FOR AS LONG AS YOU CAN (UNTIL THEY LITERALLY DROP OUT OF YOUR HAND)

  • REST 60 SECONDS…… 3 ROUNDS TOTAL
