Complex 1:

Modified Barbara (3 min rest after each round- 3 rounds total-for time) 

20 Pull Up

30 Push Up

40 Sit Up

50 Air Squat

Complex 2:

 (25 reps as fast as possible @ 95 LB-for time) 

Push Press 

Complex 3:

(1 min on/1 min off for 3 rounds)

Handstand Holds (against wall)

Complex 4:

(1 min on/1 min off for 3 rounds)

Holding yourself up straight on rings 

Complex 5:

(1 minute)

Max Burpee (chest to ground)
