WARM UP COMPLEX ( Barbell or Dumbbell 6 reps each x 3 rounds)

  1. Jump Shrug
  2. Squat Clean
  3. Push Press
  4. Hang Snatch
  5. Row
  6. Stiff Leg DL
  7. Push Up

Complex 1:

 (45 reps as fast as possible) 7:45

Power Clean @ 115 LB

Complex 2:

 (45 reps as fast as possible) 5:56

Front Squat @ 115 LB

Complex 3:

 (45 reps as fast as possible) 7:15

Bench Press @ 135 LB
