mOBILITY pROJECT: -the set up-

Here is the plan I have drawn up so far…. I am going to stick to my normal strength and conditioning routine (see WOD) while adding in the rehabilitation exercises as a cool down .  I will also dedicate at least 1 WOD/week devoted to the perfection of the chosen exercises. 

-I am going to use supersets with two exercises at a time covering 5-6 areas per WOD

-Measuring in either reps or time intervals

-This should take approximately 10-15 minutes.

-One workout per week devoted exclusively to all 11 categories 

The areas will come from the following categories:

  1. HIP FLEXOR
  2. HIP ABDUCTION
  3. HIP EXTENTION 
  4. HIP ADDUCTION 
  5. ERECTOR SPINAE
  6. ABDOMINALS
  7. SHOULDER/SCAP STABILIZTION
  8. PECTORIALS
  9. UPPER TRAPEZIUS
  10. HEAD FLEXION 
  11. GENERAL POSTURE
