Complex 1:

 (45 reps as fast as possible/each exercise…. complete all 45 reps before moving on)

  • Front Squat @ 125 LB
  • Back Squat @ 125 LB

Time: 16:46

Complex 2:

 (5 rounds)

  • 35 (s) Static Hold on Rings (holding yourself up)
  • 35 (s) Push-up Hold (squeeze the floor as hard as you can in a pushup) 
  • 60 (s) Rest

Complex 3:

(5 rounds)

  • 11 Jumping Pull Ups
  • 11 Jumping Shin to Bar Leg Raise 

Time: 11:30
