mOBILITY pROJECT: (WOD: The Squat Clean Regression)

  • I created this WOD to simulate a regression of the Squat Clean from top to bottom… This complex can be done in any kind of rep range but it is prescribed at 5-8 RM in starting for 45 reps/exercise

WOD: 

Record your time for this workout aiming to either 1) beat your time or 2) use more weight in the complex

  • Front Squat x 45 reps @ 5-8 RM
  • Power Clean x 45 reps @ 5-8 RM
  • Deadlift x 45 reps @ 5-8 RM
