mOBILITY pROJECT: Starting Olympic Lifting (The Jump Shrug)

The jump shrug is a great starting point to learning how to generate explosion from the ground…. these skills are required in both the Clean and Snatch and can take your Deadlift to a whole new level. 

  1. WORKOUT (Suggested Starting Point:) increase weight until it takes you at least 5 or 6 min to complete)

  2. RX- 135 LB Jump Shrugs x 45 Reps
