 (45 reps as fast as possible/each exercise…. complete all 45 reps before moving on)

  • Front Squat @ 135 LB
  • Back Squat @ 135 LB

Complex 2:

 (50 Reps as fast as possible/ 25 each arm)

  • Dumbbell Snatch from Floor @ 55 LB Dumbbell
Time: 

Complex 3:

(5 Rounds)

  • 10 x E-Z Bar Bicep Curl @ 50 LB
  • 10 x E-Z Bar Skull Crush @ 50 LB
