WOD: Tuesday April 24th 2012 (Goal: Breaking Crossfit Cindy Record)

My goal is to get 20 Rounds on “Crossfit Cindy” in 20 minutes… today’s WOD will simulate the volume of 20 rounds (100 pull ups/200 push ups/300 air squats)

What is “Crossfit Cindy” Click HERE

right now I am able to get 17 rounds in 20 minutes. This works out to be 

1 round every 1 min 11 (s)

  • 85 Pull ups
  • 170 Push Ups
  • 255 Air Squats

WOD: 5 rounds total, take a 3 min break after completing each round

  • Each round consists of 
  • 25 pull ups 
  • 50 push ups 
  • 75 air squats
