WARM UP ROUTINE (simple and effective)

This warm-up complex takes the body through all planes of movement, it is suggested that you perform 5-10 minutes of steady state cardio (ex- jog/bike/row) before starting.

Starting Weights:  Men= 15 LB Women=10 LB


Stiff Leg Deadlift 6 reps
Row 6 reps
Clean 6 reps
Press 6 reps
Air Squat 10 reps
Push Up 6 reps
Jumping Pull Up        *optional 6 reps


 Sample Warm up Routine

  • Row 1,000 (m)
  • Complete 5 rounds Dumbbell Complex for time
